سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (Return & Exchange Policy)
في Fam Studio، نحرص على رضا عملائنا، ولذلك نوفّر إمكانية استبدال المنتج خلال مدة محددة بعد الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يُستخدم.
لا نقبل الاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود خطأ من فريقنا في الطلب، مثل:
- إرسال منتج مختلف عن المطلوب
- وجود عيب تصنيع واضح (مثل القطع أو خلل في الخياطة أو الطباعة)
في هذه الحالة، يتم استرجاع المنتج مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ أو استبداله حسب رغبة العميل.
الشروط العامة:
- يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.
- يجب تقديم صورة واضحة للمنتج تُظهر المشكلة.
- يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في خلال مدة 14 يوم فقط و يتم التواصل من خلال الايميل

At Fam Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer
Product exchange within a limited time after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Returns are only accepted in cases where the issue is caused by our team, such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defects (e.g. tears, faulty stitching, or misprint)
In such cases, we’ll arrange a full refund or exchange — based on the customer’s preference.
General Conditions:
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- A clear photo of the defect must be provided.
- Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days only, and communication will be via email.
